Engineering Trades Australia are seeking skilled Mechanical Supervisors to lead mechanical shutdown and turnaround operations. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate mechanical crews, ensure safety compliance, and oversee the execution of planned maintenance and repairs on critical plant equipment. This is a key leadership position requiring a strong understanding of mechanical systems, shutdown planning, and high-pressure decision-making.

Job Details:

• Rates - $90ph - $116ph (Varies depending on client and site)
• 12-hour shifts 
• Meals and accommodation provided 
• Ongoing opportunity for the right person 
• Weekly pay - Every Friday
• Point of Hire - Perth

What is needed for the role?

• Trade Qualification
• Supervisory Qualification
• Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Working at Heights
• Confined Spaces
• Gas Test Atmosphere
• Basic Fire - Advantageous
• White Card
• High Risk License - Advantageous 
• Working Rights
• Proven experience in mechanical supervision during shutdowns
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and work packs
• Flexibility to work extended hours and rotational shifts if required
