We’re currently looking for experienced Boilermakers and MIG/FCAW Welders to join a well-established and highly regarded structural steel workshop located in Maddington. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, high-performing team with consistent hours, excellent pay, and long-term stability.

What’s on Offer:

• Competitive hourly rates:
  • $54 - 62.25/hr – Boilermakers
  • $52 - 58/hr – FCAW/MIG Welders
• 59 hours per week
• 11-hour shifts: Monday to Friday
• Half-day Saturday
• Ongoing, long-term role with job security
• Workshop-based (no travel required)
• Supportive team environment

Key Duties:

• Structural steel fabrication and MIG welding
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
• Delivering high-quality work as part of a skilled, safety-focused team

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in structural steel fabrication (essential)
• Relevant Trade Certificate
• Forklift and Overhead Crane tickets or VOCs (highly regarded)
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
