As part of an exciting time in the development of the company, a position is currently available for a BDM to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar shutdown division.

Location: Perth CBD

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and expand the company's clientele, actively seek out and explore potential new business prospects within in the fixed plant sector.
• Expand relationships with existing clients for growth opportunities
• Lead discussions with prospective clients regarding contract terms.
• To find and draw qualified individuals in line with open job positions, talent should be sourced through a variety of channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.
• To ensure a seamless onboarding process and a healthy talent pool, establish and develop relationships with both candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in the WA recruitment or labour hire sector, either in a BD, BDM role or running a 360 desk that has a strong focus on Sales and Business Development.
• An outstanding network of contacts in the blue collar sector.
