• Proven experience with MIG and Flux Core welding
• Ability to accurately read and work from fabrication drawings
• Strong hands-on fabrication skills
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
• Confident use of hand and power tools
• A reliable and safety-focused approach to work
• Basic tools of the trade, including a welding helmet
