Exciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn, develop their skills and build a career in the trades.

We’re looking for a Trade Assistant to join our busy workshop team.
This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to get your hands dirty, work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn something new every day.

What you’ll be doing You’ll be involved in a wide variety of workshop tasks, supporting our tradespeople and learning along the way. Your day-to-day work may include:

• Assisting tradespeople with workshop and job-site tasks
• Preparing tools, equipment and materials
• Learning to operate the robotic welding machine
• General workshop duties and keeping the workspace organised
• Cleaning, maintaining and looking after tools and equipment
• Learning how to use different tools, machinery and equipment safely

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in
• Practical and enjoys working with their hands
• Keen to learn new skills and develop their knowledge
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Safety-conscious and takes pride in their work
• Able to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment
