Prime Recruitment is chasing experienced Boilermakers who know their way around steel, sparks, and fabrication tables better than their own kitchen.

We’ve got multiple temp to perm opportunities available with clients across Perth — North and South of the River — working across mining equipment, marine projects, heavy fabrication, structural steel, and plenty in between. If you’re sick of bouncing between short shutdowns and want a solid long-term opportunity, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for people who can:

• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Lay down quality MIG and FCAW welds
• Fabricate without needing someone looking over your shoulder
• Work safely, efficiently, and still have a laugh on site
• Handle heavy steel work and workshop environments

What you’ll need:

• Trade Qualification in Boiler making / Fabrication
• 2–3 years minimum industry experience
• Strong fabrication and welding ability
• Reliable attitude and good work ethic
• Driver’s license and transport preferred
