Prime Recruitment is partnering with a well-established client in Kewdale to find an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front, and driving strong operational outcomes.

The Role You’ll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running efficiently while maintaining high standards across safety, service, and performance. Working closely with internal teams and transport partners, you’ll play a key role in outbound operations, stock control, and workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily warehouse activity, ensuring dispatch, deliveries, third-party freight movements, and stock relocations run smoothly
• Create and maintain a safe, efficient, and organised warehouse operation that meets compliance and site standards
• Coordinate workforce planning by scheduling and distributing labour across inbound, outbound, kitting, and inventory movement tasks
• Provide hands-on leadership to the Stores 2IC and warehouse team, supporting development, engagement, and performance outcomes
• Serve as the operational decision-maker for workload priorities, staffing requirements, and day-to-day challenges
• Track operational performance, investigate stock or process issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Work closely with internal teams and transport partners to maintain reliable service levels and delivery schedules
• Provide after-hours leadership support when required to manage urgent operational matters

About You

• Proven experience in stores or warehouse coordination roles
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A safety-first approach and practical problem-solving mindset
• Competency using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Valid High Risk Forklift License (LF) with at least 2 years’ high reach forklift experience
• Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse teams
• Availability for after-hours and weekend on-call support
• Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems
