We’re growing and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who can bring their recruitment skills to our team and support growth and opportunity. You’ll help us build your desk, with the opportunity to specialise if you already have sector experience (health and aged care, allied health, business support, trades, etc).
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Recruiting across temp and perm roles
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Playing a key part in shaping a growing desk, with plenty of opportunity to make it your own
What we’re looking for: - Recruitment experience (agency or internal) – any sector background welcome
- Someone who is courageous, driven, resilient, and has a passion for people and delivering exceptional service
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment
- Someone who thrives in a team environment but loves owning their results
