We're partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion and lifestyle house to find a commercially driven, people-focused Sales & Service Manager for its Bondi Junction store.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Store Director, you'll lead the Sales & Service function at Bondi Junction, driving sales performance, customer connection and team development.
You'll partner with the wider leadership team to deliver an exceptional store experience and build a high-performing sales culture.
You'll be part of a substantial store operation, with a core team of approximately 70 people, supported by seasonal team members.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead and inspire the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 
• Drive sales, conversion and commercial performance.
• Coach team members on client connection, product knowledge and selling.
• Build lasting customer relationships and community engagement.
• Partner with the Store Director on sales strategy and business planning.
• Optimise floor coverage, workforce planning and productivity.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, feedback and succession planning.
• Maintain an elevated, customer-ready store environment.
   

ABOUT YOU

• Experience leading teams in luxury or premium retail. 
• A strong commercial mindset and sales leadership capability.
• A passion for customer experience and relationship building.
• Confidence coaching and developing large teams.
• The ability to balance business priorities with service excellence. 
• Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail leadership roster, including weekends, openings and closings.
