The Opportunity
As Store Manager, you'll own every aspect of the store's success. From developing a high-performing team to delivering an exceptional customer experience, you'll create an environment where both your people and the business thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a passionate team of retail professionals.
• Drive sales performance, KPIs and commercial success through hands-on leadership.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience that keeps clients coming back.
• Build a loyal VIP client base within the Bondi community.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Manage roster planning, stock, wages and day-to-day store operations.
• Recruit, coach and retain top retail talent while building future leaders.
