What you'll be doing

• Leading private styling appointments with confidence, empathy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Delivering a luxury client experience from the first welcome through to the final fitting.
• Building genuine, lasting relationships with every client while creating memorable experiences.
• Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets through outstanding service rather than hard selling.
• Supporting the boutique leadership team and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.
• Maintaining impeccable presentation of the boutique while managing appointments, client follow-up and administration seamlessly.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Senior Stylist, Department Manager or high-performing luxury retail professional.
• A minimum of three years' experience in premium retail, luxury fashion, beauty or another client-focused environment where exceptional service is paramount.
• A confident communicator who can build trust quickly and create meaningful client relationships.
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine passion for luxury retail, styling and people.
• A collaborative leader who enjoys supporting, mentoring and celebrating the success of those around them.
