This is a highly appointment-led, experience-driven studio where luxury, operations, client experience and commercial performance intersect at a premium level.
Think luxury experience space, not retail floor.
The Role You’ll lead the full performance of the studio: people, operations, client experience and commercial outcomes.
This is not a traditional store environment.
It operates more like a multi-layered business where long-cycle client relationships, operational precision and elevated service all run in parallel.
Client journeys can span months from first engagement through to final delivery, with every touchpoint critical to the outcome.
You will:
