This unique opportunity sits at the heart of our 13cabs Corporate Transport team, working closely with government departments, schools, and drivers to ensure students and community members get from A to B safely and reliably.

About the Role:

You’ll provide front-line administrative support, coordinate school transport services (including the NSW Assisted School Transport Program), and act as a liaison between stakeholders—making sure everything runs smoothly, from uniforms to dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations at the Newcastle Support Hub
• Coordinate and monitor school transport runs
• Assist with customer inquiries and driver support
• Liaise with government stakeholders, including the Department of Education
• Generate reports and provide timely admin support for billing and compliance
• Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• A customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail
• A current Working With Children Check (or able to obtain)
• NDIS module certification (preferred)
