We’re looking for an experienced Communications & Events Manager to lead a dynamic team of two and take the reins on high-impact campaigns and events that shape the future of our brand. This 12-month max-term maternity leave contract (with potential extension) is your chance to drive national communications and events across B2C, B2B, and Mobility Payment Partners (MPP), all while working alongside passionate people who care about making a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver strategic communication and event plans that enhance stakeholder engagement and elevate our brand.
• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team.
• Collaborate across departments to support new product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Manage high-profile internal and external events, ensuring standout execution.
• Build partnerships and represent A2B as a preferred brand across Australia.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in communications, events, or brand marketing roles.
• A natural team leader with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong writing, messaging, and campaign development abilities.
• A tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Someone who’s driven, authentic, collaborative—and brings energy to everything they do.
