 Position Purpose:
  
The Leasing and Sales Administrator at 13Cabs is pivotal in managing and expanding our taxi fleet leasing portfolio. This role focuses on optimizing fleet utilisation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective leasing and sales strategies. The Administrator will oversee leasing agreements, promote leasing opportunities, and manage the sale of fleet vehicles as needed, all while maintaining high standards of fleet maintenance and regulatory compliance.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end taxi leasing processes, including client engagement, contract negotiation, and agreement execution.
• Ensure all leasing contracts adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, monitoring durations, renewals, and terminations.
• Optimize taxi fleet utilization to maximize profitability and minimize downtime.
• Support fleet vehicle sales, handling pricing, marketing, and negotiations with potential buyers.
• Collaborate with management to develop effective sales strategies based on market demand.
• Monitor leasing income and sales revenue to achieve financial targets and contribute to business profitability.
• Occasional moving vehicles between sites

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Management, or related field preferred (experience will be considered)
• Must hold full driver’s license, to move fleet cars between sites

Experience:

• Proven track record in leasing, sales, or fleet management.
• Background in customer relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with Australian taxi services, vehicle licensing, and regulatory compliance preferred but not essential.
• Analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.
• Skilled in using the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to streamline tasks and boost efficiency.
