Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support and execute projects related to fleet configuration management, IVR setup, and process automation. Reporting to the Head of Special Projects, this role is essential in ensuring the seamless delivery of technology and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with teams across dispatch, IT, and operations to define requirements.
• Maintain fleet configurations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Optimize IVR workflows and support technical teams in implementation.
• Analyze operational data and create reports using SQL and Excel.
• Prepare detailed documentation and high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
• Liaise with external vendors and teams across time zones to ensure project success.

About You

• You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration. You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage competing priorities effectively.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, or technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
• Basic SQL scripting knowledge.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones and with diverse teams.
