We're looking for a proactive Fleet & Driver Support Coordinator to help grow vehicle leasing, support Driver engagement and maximise fleet utilisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the 13fleet team and play a hands-on role supporting vehicle leasing, fleet administration and Driver and Operator engagement. You'll help maximise fleet utilisation, build strong relationships across the network and contribute to initiatives that support business growth, customer experience and operational performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support vehicle leasing and rental activities to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise vehicle downtime
- Manage vehicle key handovers, ensuring accurate control and distribution to Drivers
- Act as a key point of contact for Driver account, vehicle and leasing enquiries, providing timely and professional support
- Maintain accurate fleet, leasing and account records, documentation and administration
- Build strong relationships with Drivers and Operators to support retention and growth across the network
- Generate and pursue opportunities to increase Driver and Operator participation
- Promote the 13cabs and 13fleet brands and build confidence in the network
- Support Driver engagement activities, industry events and relationship-building initiatives
- Assist with operational reporting and administration, including maintaining accurate financial and operational records
- Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance utilisation, customer experience and operational efficiency
- Follow company safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe workplace
About You You are a customer-focused and highly organised professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting operational success in a fast-paced environment.
You'll Bring
- Experience in an administrative, operational or fleet support role
- Experience managing financial administration activities such as pay-ins, reconciliations or account processing
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience responding to customer, Driver or stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Experience using CRM, fleet management, booking, operational or account management systems
- Ability to maintain accurate electronic records and prepare basic operational or financial reports
- Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
Desirable experience includes:
- Fleet, transport, logistics or vehicle-based operations
- Vehicle leasing, rental or asset management environments
- Fleet management, vehicle tracking or transport management systems
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar
- Accounting systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Pronto or similar
- WHS reporting and safe work practices
