About the Role
As the TAXITECH Receptionist, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our workshop organised and running smoothly. From managing bookings to supporting the team with admin, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the diary and booking calendar
• Coordinate workshop staff alongside the Team Leader
• Handle invoicing and light billing duties
• Maintain stock & asset records via CRM systems
• Support data collection across multiple sites
• Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
• Manage incoming & outgoing mail
• Oversee office supplies and inventory
• Assist with pay approvals (training provided)
• Jump in on ad-hoc admin tasks as needed

About You

• Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable style
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task with ease
• Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Previous automotive workshop experience (highly regarded)
