About the role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Client Service Consultant to join our team at Cabcharge.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our corporate clients, travellers, and internal stakeholders delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting ongoing business growth.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative position where your communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and timely customer support across multiple channels
- Respond to enquiries relating to products, accounts, payments, cards, and travel solutions
- Process customer requests including orders, cancellations, replacements, and account updates
- Investigate and resolve customer issues within agreed service levels
- Liaise with internal teams (Client Success, Sales, Finance, Operations) to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate customer records and case notes
- Support onboarding activities and account setup
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Recognise and refer potential sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and data security requirements
- Contribute to team goals, culture, and performance targets

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A team-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Nice to have: - Experience working with CRM or case management systems
- Background in payments, transport, corporate services, or SaaS environments
- Relevant qualifications in customer service or administration
