The Pricing Analyst supports the development and optimisation of pricing strategies across taxi and personal transport services. Working closely with the Pricing Manager, Product and Technology teams, the role uses data‑driven insights and modelling to assess pricing performance, enhance dynamic pricing, and drive improved profitability, utilisation and network outcomes. As part of your role you will;
- Analyse fare, fee and pricing data to identify optimisation opportunities across taxi and personal transport services
- Support the development, testing and optimisation of dynamic pricing and surge models using demand and supply insights
- Build pricing models and scenario analysis to assess revenue, utilisation and profitability impacts
- Monitor pricing performance, including price‑guarantee settings and network fee structures
- Deliver clear pricing reports and dashboards for commercial and operational stakeholders
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to configure, test and roll out pricing enhancements
- Conduct competitor and market pricing analysis across mobility platforms
- Validate pricing changes through analysis, A/B testing and post‑implementation reviews
- Support driver and operator fee modelling to ensure commercial sustainability
- Identify pricing anomalies, leakage or margin risks and recommend corrective actions
About you
- Demonstrated experience in pricing, commercial, revenue or advanced data analytics roles, ideally within transport, mobility, SaaS, fintech or other transaction‑based environments
- Proven ability to analyse complex pricing and fee structures, including fares, commissions, incentives and network fees to assess commercial performance and margin outcomes
- Strong experience working with large, multi‑source datasets, transforming raw data into actionable insights through analysis, modelling and reporting
- Hands‑on experience delivering pricing performance reporting, dashboards and commercial insights to senior stakeholders
- Exposure to dynamic or volatile supply‑and‑demand environments, such as platforms with surge pricing, peak/off‑peak dynamics or variable utilisation
- Experience supporting or validating pricing changes, experiments or model enhancements, including scenario modelling, testing and post‑implementation analysis
- Ability to identify pricing risks, anomalies or leakage and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations to improve outcomes
