As a Partner Growth Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing and retaining our Driver and Operator network. Working closely with the Growth team, you’ll proactively generate and convert leads, build strong partner relationships, and bring new drivers and operators into our network.
You’ll use insights from the field to refine sales approaches, hit growth targets, and strengthen confidence in our trusted brands making a visible impact on the network’s success. As part of this role you will;
- Drive growth and retention of Drivers and Operators
- Build strong, trusted relationships to grow our network
- Proactively generate and convert direct sales leads in partnership with the Digital Growth team
- Promote our brands with pride and consistency, building confidence across the network
- Use digital onboarding tools to efficiently sign up Drivers and Operators
- Represent the business at industry events, tradeshows and conferences
- Identify and analyse new business and growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular performance reporting
- Contribute to marketing, sales and product positioning strategies
- Ensure compliance with A2B health, safety and environmental standards
You’ll bring a proven ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations that deliver positive outcomes. With a genuine curiosity for your customers’ businesses, you’ll take the time to understand their challenges and uncover what matters most to help them succeed. Our ideal candidate will have;
- Demonstrated success engaging audiences and customers
- Passionate about understanding customer needs and solving real business problems
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and/or business development (preferred)
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing or partner‑facing role
