About the Role
  
As a Client Service Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our travelers and corporate clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering a top-tier experience and ensuring our customers feel supported at every step.
  
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be adaptable, solution-focused, and most importantly, passionate about great service.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  

• Deliver friendly, professional support via phone, email, and live chat
• Communicate complex product information clearly and simply
• Process approvals, orders, and card cancellations
• Work closely with Client Success Specialists and Sales to resolve customer issues and manage escalations
• Identify and refer potential sales opportunities and client referrals to the Sales team, supporting our business growth goals
