What You’ll Be Doing
As our next Senior Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our finance operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and insight across group reporting. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to deliver sharp analysis, clear commentary, and impactful recommendations that drive performance.
Your role will see you:
- Own monthly reconciliations, journals, and reporting across entity and group levels
- Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary for key P&L and balance sheet accounts
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business (particularly B2C units)
- Assist with statutory reporting, BAS, GST, and audit deliverables
- Partner with AP, Billing, FP&A and Customer Service teams to ensure financial clarity and accountability
- Contribute to continuous improvement across group reporting, taxation, and treasury

About You You’re a detail-driven, proactive finance professional who thrives in complex environments. You bring:
- CA or CPA qualification (essential)
- 5+ years’ experience in financial accounting or analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, Dynamic Arrays) – Power BI is a plus
- A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- High levels of accuracy, integrity, and resilience under pressure
