What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a QA Tester / Test Engineer to join our Product & Technology team. Reporting to the QA Lead, this role ensures that our software products meet the highest quality standards before release. You’ll be planning, executing, and overseeing various types of tests, identifying defects, and working closely with engineers and product owners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for our business and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Define testing requirements and prepare test environments/test cases.
• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and procedures.
• Collaborate with QAs, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
• Perform System Testing, End-to-End Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Conduct API Testing (Postman, GraphQL) and Performance Testing (JMeter, Azure Load Testing).
• Document issues, facilitate troubleshooting, and manage defect tracking in Jira/Zephyr.
• Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps using YAML.
• Support quality assurance across web, iOS, and Android applications.
• Participate in establishing metrics, adopting industry best practices, and developing new tools to ensure quality goals are met.

About You

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in automation testing with strong programming skills in C#/Java/JavaScript.
• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL), test management software, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to D365, CRM, and Azure fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, resilient under pressure, and detail-oriented.
• Taxi industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
