What You’ll Be Doing
As our next B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the execution of the communications and events program for all A2B brands across Personal Transport, Corporate Transport, and the Mobility Payment Platform. You will focus on enhancing brand reputation on a national scale while managing high-volume events and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop communication and event plans aligned with KPIs and business strategy.
- Enhance stakeholder experiences across B2C, B2B, and MPP segments.
- Represent the A2B brand proactively and positively across Australia.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members.
- Execute marketing campaigns and events that enhance brand visibility.
- Support product team initiatives through effective communication and promotion.
- Improve customer feedback and experience outcomes.
- Monitor performance against targets and adjust plans to ensure success.
About You You’re a marketing professional with a proven ability to lead campaigns and events that deliver measurable results. You bring:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering internal and external communications initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and campaign metrics.
