We’re seeking a confident and persuasive Part time Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic Client Success team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love talking to people, and want to grow your commercial career, this is the opportunity for you.
  
What you’ll be doing:
  

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to new leads and dormant clients
• Reconnect with inactive accounts and present the Cabcharge value
• Secure meetings or callbacks for our Sales and Client Success teams
• Support targeted campaigns and maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
• Occasionally assist with inbound enquiries

  
About you:
  

• 1–2 years in customer service or contact centre roles (outbound experience ideal)
• Confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys outbound calling
• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn
• CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) is a bonus, but not essential
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments
