We’re looking for a Client Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for our valued travellers and corporate clients. This is more than just a support role it’s a stepping stone into a long-term career in Client Success or Sales.

What you’ll be doing:

Deliver friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
Simplify and explain complex product information
Process approvals, account changes, and card cancellations
Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to manage queries and escalate issues
Identify potential sales leads and refer them to the appropriate team

About you:

A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Team player mindset with a proactive attitude
