So you're about to graduate or have graduated, are you ready to kick off your career? Our Living Lands and Water team is looking for a Graduate Engineer who’s passionate about how cities and natural systems can work together — through smarter stormwater management, water-sensitive urban design (WSUD) and improving water quality outcomes across our communities.
Based in our Notting Hill office, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that designs and delivers projects that make a real impact from local-scale and constructed wetlands to large integrated stormwater management and waterway improvement projects. You’ll work with engineers and scientists who share a common goal to make our environments more liveable and sustainable.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has (or is about to complete) a degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering
- Is passionate about water quality, WSUD and sustainable urban design, modelling
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively and thinking creatively
- Brings curiosity, initiative and an eagerness to learn

In this role, you’ll be supported by senior engineers and mentors who’ll guide you through project delivery, modelling, design development and client interaction. You’ll gain practical experience in water quality assessments, stormwater design, field investigations and the technical tools used across the industry.
