Manager, FP&A - Report Directly to the CFO
$125K Base + Up to $20K Bonus
100% Remote
***CFO is Based in DC and will ONLY consider candidates who reside in MD, VA, DC, PA, DE to allow for occasional meetings***
 
This company does not need another FP&A person who knows how to update a forecast.
 
Must have a foundation in accounting and/or firm understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet through Cash Flow (and how each impacts the other).
 
I'm looking for someone who can eventually OWN the function.
 
You will work directly with the CFO who comes from a Big-4 Foundation and several explosive growth M&A companies prior to joining this rapidly growing organization!
 
We're leading this search for a Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Manager who lives at the intersection of:
 
Finance + Accounting + Excel + Data + ERP Systems + AI
 
You might be a killer Senior FP&A Analyst ready to step up.
 
You might already be an FP&A Manager, but you're still the person digging into the model, working through the data and figuring out why the numbers don't make sense.
 
Either way, titles won't get our attention.
 
Technical horsepower will.
 
I'm looking for someone hungry, analytical, systems-oriented and comfortable getting their hands dirty.
 
Not managing FP&A from 30,000 feet.
 
Building it from the ground up.
