Let’s get one thing out of the way:
This is NOT your typical Executive Assistant job.
  
We’re conducting a confidential search for an established, privately held company in the Towson/Hunt Valley area looking for an exceptional Executive / Personal Assistant to support a highly successful business owner.
  
He has high standards.
He moves fast.
He expects things done right.
And no two days will look the same.
  
One hour, you could be preparing documents or coordinating an important meeting.
  
The next?
  
You might be asked to solve a personal problem nobody else could figure out.
  
If your first reaction is:
❌ “That’s not my job.”
  
This probably isn’t your job.

This role also includes approximately 15-20 hours per week of sales administrative support, providing some structure and variety.
  
⏰ Some flexibility outside traditional business hours is necessary
