The profile is specific:
- Recent Accounting Grad up to 1 Year of accounting experience
- Big 4 or Top 10 CPA Internships or Competitive Internship Programs
- 3.5 GPA or Better in your Accounting Degree at a Competitive School
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership
- Strong work ethic and willingness to step up when business demands require it
- Professional, accountable, and motivated to develop rapidly
