Our client is adding a new Tax Manager to the expanding in Anne Arundel / BWI Area team, and this is not your typical tax compliance opportunity.

You’ll have the opportunity to move beyond traditional compliance and work directly with sophisticated partnership structures and transactions, including:
  
✅ 704(b) capital account modeling
✅ Complex partnership allocations
✅ Distribution waterfalls & partnership economics
✅ New investments, restructurings & dispositions
✅ Review of partnership agreements and transaction documents
✅ Tax reporting, forecasting & compliance
✅ Improving and automating tax models and processes
  
You’ll also advise internal stakeholders on the tax implications of both completed and prospective transactions, providing exposure well beyond the traditional tax function.
  
�� Who are we looking for?
Ideally, someone with:
✔️ 5+ years of partnership tax experience
✔️ Big 4 / national public accounting or relevant industry experience
✔️ CPA required
✔️ Strong knowledge of Subchapter K and 704(b)
✔️ Experience with complex partnership and investment structures
✔️ Strong Excel and tax modeling capabilities
