$170K Base + 30% Bonus + Profit Sharing
  
Legacy Search Advisors has partnered with a growing organization in the Severna Park area to identify a Manager, Capital Markets to join its Finance team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in investment banking, corporate banking, capital markets, treasury, or corporate finance who wants to take on a highly visible role supporting the company's capital-raising strategy.
  
Reporting to the VP, Head of Capital Markets, this individual will play an integral role in executing debt and equity financing transactions while working closely with senior leadership, banking partners, rating agencies, investors, lenders, and other external counterparties.
  
Responsibilities will include:

• Manage key workstreams related to debt and equity capital transactions, including financial analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence, documentation, marketing materials, and execution
• Evaluate financing alternatives and transaction structures in support of the company's broader capital plan
• Support and manage relationships with corporate banking partners and rating agencies
• Perform financial modeling, covenant analysis, stress testing, and analysis of key credit and rating metrics
• Monitor capital markets activity and develop reporting around relevant market developments and metrics
• Partner with Investor Relations on fixed-income investor materials and related reporting
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Provide additional financial analysis and strategic support across the organization  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience within investment banking, corporate banking, capital markets, treasury, corporate finance, or a related field
• Experience supporting or executing debt and/or equity financing transactions
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience working with external counterparties such as banks, lenders, investors, rating agencies, or external counsel
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience managing, mentoring, or developing junior professionals

Experience with rating agency methodologies, credit metrics, interest-rate derivatives, Bloomberg, or the energy/infrastructure sector is a plus. CFA designation or progress toward the CFA is also viewed favorably.
