This global manufacturing/consumer products industry leader is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Commercial to become the strategic finance partner to Executive Leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Business Development.
  
This is not your typical accounting or FP&A role.
  
This is a seat at the table.
  
You'll influence pricing strategy, customer negotiations, profitability initiatives, revenue planning, growth investments, and executive decision-making across a complex global business.
  
You'll help answer questions like:
✅ Where should we invest for growth?
✅ Which customers, products, and markets generate the strongest returns?
✅ How can pricing strategy improve profitability?
✅ What commercial initiatives deserve capital allocation?
✅ How do we accelerate revenue while protecting margins?
  
The ideal candidate has experience supporting commercial operations, sales organizations, pricing strategy, or FP&A within a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment and loves turning data into business decisions.

Ideal Background:
✔ 7+ years of progressive finance experience
✔ Commercial Finance, Pricing, FP&A, or Sales Finance experience
✔ Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
✔ Manufacturing, Consumer Products and/or distribution experience preferred
✔ MBA, CPA, CMA, or similar credentials a plus
✔ Spanish language skills are highly valued
