This global organization is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to partner directly with operations leadership and help drive performance across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
  
This is not a traditional accounting role.
  
This is a highly visible finance leadership position where you'll influence business decisions, improve profitability, optimize working capital, and help shape the future of a complex operation.

You'll serve as the financial business partner to operational leaders while collaborating with finance teams across multiple manufacturing facilities.

What We're Looking For
✔ 7+ years of finance experience
✔ Strong operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics finance background
✔ Experience with cost accounting
✔ Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
✔ Financial modeling and business analytics expertise
✔ ERP experience
✔ MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
✔ Multi-site manufacturing experience is a major plus
✔ Spanish language skills are highly valued
