POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is an Am Law 200 Firm with several offices in the Mid Atlantic. They are looking for a 3+ year corporate associate for their middle market practice. You will bring your corporate mergers and acquisitions experience to a highly competent team of attorneys.
JD and must be barred in Maryland
Purchase agreements; forming new business entities; drafting corporate and commercial agreements, etc.
Experience with corporate governance matters or securities offerings, and related compliance and filings, is a plus.
