POSITION OVERVIEW

Outstanding opportunity to join an established Commercial Litigation Practice that continues to grow.

Our client has roots going back over 100 years and has been designated "Best Law Firm" by many different associations, groups and publications.

Ideally you will have substantive litigation experience, specifically in general commercial litigation, construction & surety law.

You will represent clients in construction, surety, and commercial disputes from initial investigation through trial and appeal.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
Experience representing contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, or sureties is strongly preferred.
JD and MD barred. DC and VA bar a plus!
