Our client is a well-established multifamily real estate owner/operator with a large and growing portfolio throughout the Mid-Atlantic. With approximately 6,000 apartment units today—and another 1,000 expected through acquisitions this year—this is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of an already successful organization.
 
You'll lead an experienced Asset Management team, partner directly with executive leadership, and play a significant role in driving portfolio performance, investment strategy, capital planning, and long-term value creation.
 
This is a position for someone who enjoys thinking beyond spreadsheets.
 
If you love digging into operations, identifying opportunities to improve NOI, influencing strategy, mentoring people, and having a seat at the table where decisions are made, you'll be in your element.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Leadership experience managing Asset Managers or similar professionals
• Multifamily asset management experience
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Experience overseeing budgets, NOI, CAPEX, business plans, and portfolio performance
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Finance, Construction, and Executive Leadership
• Experience with Yardi (or similar software) is preferred
