This is a newly created role focused on one of the most exciting and rapidly growing areas of the business — RIDEA (operating real estate partnerships) — offering significantly more upside and complexity than traditional real estate models.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with operators to analyze performance of real estate assets
• Support financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Work cross-functionally with investments, asset management, and operators
• Gain exposure to complex real estate structures (RIDEA)

Ideal Background

• Senior housing / healthcare operations OR
• Real estate / investment firms with healthcare exposure
• Strong financial acumen (FP&A, investments, or accounting)
• Analytical mindset with ability to connect operations + financials
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
