Senior Accountant
Timonium, MD
$110K - $130K Base + STRONG Bonus + Equity
 
This is not a typical Senior Accountant role.
 
We are partnering with an absolute hidden gem of a company in the Baltimore County market and seeking a sharp Senior Accountant.
 
This role is ideal for someone with:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Big-4 or large public accounting exposure (public clients preferred)
• Strong financial statement preparation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to interpret legal agreements

You will:

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for Joint Venture entities
• Review partner reporting packages and prepare equity income entries
• Support equity method investments
• Work directly with third-party managers and internal leadership
• Contribute to SOX-compliant reporting processes

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base: $110K-$130K
• STRONG annual bonus
• Annual equity offerings
