• Foundation as a Sales Rep or Account Executive
• Management experience in a manufacturing operation (20+ employees)
• Exhibited results for process improvement & optimization projects
• Ability to understand and manage to a budget and financial plan
• Proven track of building a company and growing top-line revenue
