SVP, Commercial Deposit & Treasury Strategy
$175K - $250K+ plus Bonus
Bethesda, MD (1 day a week in office)
 
A high-growth, nationally chartered financial institution is building out its Relationship Banking Middle Office and adding a senior leader to own commercial deposit and treasury strategy.
 
This is a newly created and high-visibility role. You will shape go-to-market strategy, product direction, pricing, profitability, and team buildout across complex middle-market commercial clients.
 
If you've led treasury management strategy at a larger regional institution and want real ownership — this is that opportunity.
 
What You'll Own:

• Commercial deposit and treasury product strategy
• Go-to-market execution across front, middle, and back office
• Profitability and balance sheet optimization
• Pricing strategy and fee income growth
• Market analysis and product roadmap development
• Direct leadership of product and financial resources (with additional senior leaders transitioning under you)
• Building and scaling a high-performing middle office function

This is not a maintenance role. This is build-and-leave-your-fingerprint work.
 
What They're Looking For:

• 5+ years leading treasury management strategy for middle-market clients
• Strong understanding of deposit mix, cost of funds, and product profitability
• Experience partnering with relationship bankers and operations
• Team leadership experience
• Ability to operate with autonomy and influence executive stakeholders
• CCM or CTP preferred

Structure:

• Hybrid (1 day per week in Bethesda, MD - flexible scheduling)
• Direct reports from day one
• Bonus target: 30%
• Base range: $150K-$200K (flexible for exceptional talent)
