This candidate MUST have:

• Experience in a Law Firm, CPA Firm or Professional Services Consulting Firm
• Friendly personality and communications skills to interact with clients, team members and firm partners regularly
• Proven ability to work autonomously
• A drive to support the firm's client satisfaction & to stand in as a face for busy partners
• Ability to implement constant improvement
• Tech savvy and ability to work across multiple systems and Microsoft Office
