The International Corporate Controller will report directly to the CFO who comes from a tremendous blend of Big-4, I-Banking and PE before making a major impact in the global consumer products/manufacturing industry.
The CFO has a really great handle on the work that needs to be done and is excited to divide and conquer with this additional finance leader.
While this company is large, the NON-PUBLIC & NON-Private Equity ownership structure allows for complete autonomy to design and redefine processes and to build a Global Controller's group over time.

The ideal candidate MUST bring: - 15+ years of Experience w/ 5 in a Global Consumer Products/Manufacturing Environment
- CPA
- Strong GAAP and IFRS Accounting Knowledge
- Global Consolidations Experience
- Foreign Currency
- Willingness to dig into processes for constant improvement and automation
- Executive presence to present and work cross-functionally on a global platform
