A long-standing, relationship-focused financial institution is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one of its flagship locations on the Eastern Shore.
This role oversees the full operations of a busy retail branch — driving exceptional customer experiences, developing business in the community, and mentoring a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:
Lead a full-service retail branch and ensure strong service levels
Develop and grow customer relationships through business development and community involvement
Coach, motivate, and support your team while fostering a positive culture
Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, customer issues, and branch performance
Interview loan applicants and guide customers through consumer lending options
Cross-collaborate with internal teams to drive branch efficiency
Represent the branch at community events and support local initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of branch management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and delegation skills
Comfort with business development and growing deposit/loan business
Ability to manage branch operations, staff development, and customer service simultaneously
Knowledge of banking systems and Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
$65K–$85K base salary
3+ weeks PTO, 12 paid holidays
