A leading investment manager focused on doing well for the world is expanding the tax team with a new Senior Tax Associate.
  
Report to a Tax Director who comes from a Top-10 CPA Firm Background and who has been awarded a seat at the Executive Table in this successful and growing organization.
  
The Tax Director loves to mentor and develop the team and is very excited to get the green light to add this strategic new Senior Tax Associate.
  
Why This Role Stands Out:

• Be a key contributor to tax strategy, compliance, and reporting for a large C Corp with extensive integrated partnerships and JV's .
• Collaborate across departments and with external advisors on complex tax matters and special projects.
• Gain exposure to equity method investments, ASC 740, and long-term tax forecasting.
• Work in a mission-driven organization with a strong bonus, equity, and benefits package.

  
Ideal Background:

• CPA or CPA-track with 3+ years in public accounting or corporate tax.
• A generalist foundation in corporate and partnership tax (Director willing to train on one, if a candidate is more specialized in the other).
• Experience with financial services clients is a plus but a strong candidate with any industry is welcomed.
