About the Role:
We’re supporting the hiring manager on a newly created Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller position — an add-to-staff role designed to help strengthen the accounting function as the company continues to grow.
  
The specific responsibilities will be tailored based on the individual’s background, but will likely include exposure to multiple business lines (such as equipment, truck, or retail operations) and opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, and support key initiatives.
  
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on accounting and strategic problem-solving — and who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  
Ideal Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or mix of public + industry ideal)
• Exposure to manufacturing, construction, distribution, or similar industries a plus
• Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn new aspects of the business
• Strong Excel and accounting systems experience
