Senior Tax Accountant

About the Opportunity:
 
A well-established, $1B+ company is expanding its tax team and adding a Senior Tax Accountant to support continued growth and bring more tax functions in-house. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated tax professional to work alongside a talented leadership team within a dynamic, stable, and respected organization.
 
What You'll Do:

• Review federal, state, and local tax returns for S Corporations, C Corporations, and Partnerships
• Review shareholder forms (1099-DIV, 1042-S) and partner Schedule K-1s
• Track and facilitate estimated tax payments
• Review fixed asset reports and maintain GAAP, Tax, and E&P reconciliations
• Manage and track all tax notices
• Partner with internal teams to analyze tax implications of legal agreements
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies across the tax function

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant experience (public accounting or real estate industry strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of partnership taxation
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn new concepts
