Senior Paralegal - Remote | Innovative Financial Institution
 
$95,000 - $115,000 base + bonus + excellent benefits
 
We're partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven financial institution that's looking to hire a Senior Paralegal to support its Legal team. This role will focus on litigation coordination, legal operations, and cross-functional support to help streamline processes across the organization.
 
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, with strong experience in litigation support, legal administration, and contract management.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation case management, including document holds, notifications, and insurance communications.
• Maintain and update internal legal databases and case tracking systems.
• Partner with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to manage legal disputes and regulatory matters.
• Prepare correspondence to external parties, including regulators and attorneys.
• Support document requests from auditors, regulators, and other business teams.
• Develop and enhance policies and processes to improve operational efficiency across the Legal function.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

 
Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience (required).
• Experience within banking, financial services, or a corporate legal department preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and legal research tools.
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Paralegal certification and/or Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
