Grants Accountant / Financial Analyst

- $75K-$95K | Hybrid (3 days in office)
 
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit, is seeking a Grants Accountant / Financial Analyst to manage invoicing and financial reporting for county-funded programs.
 
This role offers the opportunity to:

• Prepare and submit manual invoices tied to county and state funding contracts
• Ensure compliance with budgets and funding requirements
• Collaborate with program managers to forecast spending and track allocations
• Support grant applications, audits, and financial reporting
• Contribute to mission-based work in mental health services

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in grants management, government contracting, or related financial compliance
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

 
Preferred:

• Experience with nonprofit
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision/Serenic Navigator
